New here and posting to get some suggestions.
So, I have a 2017 ram 2500 Bighorn with cummins. Out of nowhere my battery went down to the point the truck wouldn't crank. I charged the batteries and they still only lasted about a day. I really needed to move my truck from where it was in my drive and I was in a hurry. I pulled my optima marine battery from my boat and put it in the truck. Being in a hurry and not examining the battery posts (bonehead move) the posts were opposite of the original truck battery which lead me to connect backwards. The windshield wipers came on and I heard some clicking amongst the sparks. I quickly disconnected from the battery post. I bought 2 new batteries for the truck but it will not crank. Have I done irreversible damage? Thanks for any advice.
