Has anyone talked to a knowledgeable service department about this recall yet? My local dealer's service department is one step above the McDonald's drive through attendant...
From what I can tell they are supposed to check the torque on the lug nuts and update the owners manual with a new torque value. I guess if the studs have been over torqued (stretched), they'll replace the studs? Recall only effects trucks with flanged lug nuts, 3500 dually, 4500 and 5500.
