DS Heated Seat Stopped Working

So now that temps are getting colder I'm finding that I have an issue with my driver side heated seat. I own a 2020 Bighorn and have the factory heated bucket seats with the center console. They seemed to work this summer fine but temps up here in Maine are starting to get chilly and as of late the light will come on and only stay lit for a few seconds then the seat turns off. It will keep doing this and the seat will never heat up. This is an intermittent problem and for some reason once in a while I'm able to start up the truck and it'll work for brief amount of time. Can't seem to place a rhyme or reason as to why it isn't working. The passenger side and steering wheel work every time and when the driverside works it works really well. Too well actually, sometimes I have to turn it to the lowest setting.

Anyone else experience a similar problem? All I could find was the remote start seat issues and seats not being hot enough. Before I call and have Ram look at the truck is there anything simple I could be missing? I feel like if it were a fuse or something it would either work or not work. Any insight into this problem would be appreciated.

Kathryn, how about fixing the horrible seats in my 2020 3500, can't take long trips without extreme back and leg pain

Mine seem to be working better now that is getting colder. Actually, I probably just notice it more. This is the first truck I have had with a heated steering wheel and seats. They have gone from something nice to have to a requirement now! Hope it is an easy fix for you.

It's going into the dealer tomorrow to see what's causing the issue. Also having a weird grinding/humming noise in the front end checked out at the same time (sounds just like a bad wheel bearing, shouldn't happen with 20k on it though)

Just to update. Truck is at the dealer getting a new element installed as I type. Also getting two wheel bearings too. Was a little surprised at only 20k they're clunking/grinding and completely destroyed.
