Drivetrain rubbing / grinding sensation at slow speed from launch

Honest question, don't get mad. In your first post you say the truck is stock, but your sigline says it's on 37s and other things. Which is it? Because 37s on stock rims could be rubbing somewhere.

It was stock for several years with this problem ongoing. After getting new tires (yes 37s) the problem still remains. It's not the tires. It's something in the driveline like posi, or trans, or transfer case, or possibly the braking system???

Did they ever pull the rear hubs and look at the bearings?

There's only so much that can cause that. Yeah, it could be something in the brake system and that's why I suggested shutting of the hill hold/hill start assist because that's exactly how they act with it on (depending on conditions).

Might be something in the ABS valve body. Might be too much preload on the carrier bearings. ( I had that happen when they replaced a rear locker actuator on a truck once).
Hard to diagnose without driving it.

Dealer replaced the entire rear carrier back in 2022 which did not fix anything. And yes I have suspected the brake control system but the dealership never finds anything wrong.

After doing the suggestion to turn off the brake control system, I'm convinced that is what was causing my issue.

I don't know why they ship with that stuff enabled. It's useless in normal on road driving. If these trucks came with a 6 speed manual trans, then yeah. But they don't.

My trucks live in WV where everything is on a hillside, off camber, ect. You couldn't take off from a stop sign without the ABS dragging the brakes.

If you live in the flat lands, you'd never notice it.

The hill start assist doesn't drag the brakes, it holds them, and as soon as you provide enough throttle to overcome gravity it releases them. There's no in-between state, it's just off and on. It's quite useful if you're pulling a heavy trailer as the truck will roll backwards with enough weight against it.

Mine always shuddered with it on. On three different trucks. (shrug)
