I noticed that the grab handle on the driver side of my truck is loose.

What’s procedure to expose the bolts to tighten them.

Everything I see is referencing 3/4 gens which have two plugs with caps to access the bolts.

On mine it looks like there's only one cover (on top) that pops off.

It looks like it is a Cap on Top. Should Pry out. Cap on the Bottom also. 10mm Socket. Bolt on top and Bottom

Super easy to fix. However they come lose periodically. There is an upgraded OEM one with more re-enforcement. After upgrading mine has only come loose one time. Vs non stop with the original one. Mine is an 18 not sure when the upgraded version came out. The good news it has bolts...sure wish the doors used bolts, lol.

The caps pop off by prying out from the end closest to the center of the grip.

The bolt is 10mm like the older generation trucks. I added blue locktight to the threads.

Now it’s tighter but not rigid. I think I am going to have to buy the updated version.

Here’s screenshot that shows the updated version on the left in both of the pictures.
