we bought a 2024 ram 3500 a couple months ago, and randomly when starting the truck, or turning it off, the driver seat will fold itself all the way forward, the bottom part slides up and the back folds up towards the steering wheel as far as it will go, we have to hurry and jump out if we realize what it's doing. Anyone else had this issue? any thoughts on how to recreate the issue? any experiences on fixing the issue?

It sounds to me like someone set a memory profile either by accident or as a prank.

If you have an owner's manual, you should be able to find it under To create a new memory profile, perform the following:

Note:
Saving a new memory profile will erase the selected profile from memory.

Place the vehicle’s ignition in the ON/RUN position (do not start the engine).

Adjust all memory profile settings to desired preferences (i.e., driver’s seat, outside mirrors, adjustable pedals (if equipped), and radio station presets).

Push the set (S) button on the memory switch, and then push the desired memory button (1 or 2) within five seconds. The instrument cluster display will display which memory position has been set.

Note:
Memory profiles can be set without the vehicle in PARK, but the vehicle must be in PARK to recall a memory profile.

Never heard of that issue....

The memory seat function should not do anything when the truck is started or shut off. Once the seat position is set the seat doesn't move unless you do it manually then hit the memory seat profile to return it the the saved setting.

The "Easy Exit function" does but it only slides the seat back.
try this:

In the Uconnect turn the feature "Easy Exit" OFF in the menu, then run the seat all the way back, then all the way forward, then all the way back again, then hit your preferred seat memory button and let it go to your set place. Now go into the menu and turn the feature back ON and see if that resolves it.

If that doesn't fix something is wrong with the seat memory module perhaps. If its still under warranty have it looked at.
