Just installed a retrax pro MX cover which rolls up into a box at the cab. Comes with two drain lines for the box but not sure where to drain these too. Looking between the bed and the there are two plastic "oval caps" anyone know if these "knock-outs"? There are two raised sections in the bed that appear to align with these but the bed liner covers them so can't really tell. Can I create a hole to feed the lines - or is that a dumb idea?

Thats where the drains go or in the stake pocket bolt holes.
The bed drains are slits in the front corners of the bed.

He is trying to run the tonneau cover drain tubes they don’t reach the bottom of the box.

Thanks for the help. Apparently the 2024 does not have the holes by the tie down loops near the cab, the ones at the tailgate have the holes. I drilled 3/4" holes through the area I described which are just plastic knockouts and fed the drain hoses there, works great.

Hmm...my 24 has holes. I ran my Bakflip drains into them. Unless I'm thinking of something else, but same as my 1500.
Mea culpa, although I will claim a little "credit" (confusion?), the holes by the tailgate are uncovered and very obvious, whereas the ones by the cab - under the retrax box) are covered by the bed liner (see photos). Thanks again everyone.

I have the factory liner and my front holes are covered by the liner (or not there).
Edit: I took a closer look. The holes by the front tie downs have rubber plugs in them and were sprayed over with the bedliner material.

I have a 2024 and by the front hooks there's definitely an indentation of a hole underneath the liner, but not so on the cab side of the liner. Ordered a Pace Edwards Ultragroove cover a couple of days ago. The holes by the rear hooks are open. Thanks due to I was concern about where to drain it in the front. Rather not put it through the cab side liner due to carrying of drywall/hog fence in the 8 foot bed.

Interesting. I wonder why they
Drain tubes for a Retrax, or other canister-roll tonneaus won’t reach up there, as they come out around the height of the wheel well.

Our 2016 2500 4x4 Tradesman Power Wagon is not much different than our 2024 3500 4x4 Tradesman SRW. The front liner holes are covered near the hooks, but are formed to be further indented into the steel bed holes. Looks like a plug in the liner, but it isn't. Rear holes by the hooks are open on both of our trucks. On closer inspection the mice definitely have found a way into the bed through those holes.

Good to know. I'll use a soldering iron to open up the hole in the liner. We get too much snow and mud to take a chance with drilling or using a Dremel near the steel bed. Concerned it would rust out.
Kind of wish that I ordered from NAPA the tonneau cover due to it shows on their site being in stock. Not certain I'll have it delivered until the end of March from the vendor I purchased from.
Sorry, to be clear, I didn't open any holes, I squeezed my tubes through the slot that the tie down loop is inserted into the bed through.
