DPF recall & function before recall

When I ordered my truck in DEC i received the notice about a future recall in the dpf system due to chip shortages. Not sure what sensor or functionality is currently missing, but should the dpf show some blockage after 7 days of city driving? It has seemingly been stuck at zero, which is fine by me. But before ordering many folks claimed it would be a massive plugging problem so I am curious if its showing zero bc its a real reading, or bc there is a sensor missing.

FWIW my def level has barely changed, if at all.

Unless you get a MIL don't worry. Probably they eliminated a MIL warning until the chips are available. Consider yourself blessed. LOL
