DPF Full see dealer- dealer isnt taking appts

I have a 2022 ram 2500 diesel and i got the message that the dpf is full- see dealer. It was about 50% when this happened- drove on interstate and never went to auto regen and is now 100%. I called the closest dealer and they arent taking appts. Im in CO on vacation and dont want to risk driving 50 miles to the next nearest dealer and its my only car. Anyone run into this? Will they tow it? Does the force regen fix this? Seems like a sensor or something has failed.

Contact ram cares but they should tow it if it breaks down on you
