Door trim removal

Anyone ever remove this door trim or know how it’s stuck to the door?

Is it just stuck with double sided tape or does it snap onto some sort of track?

Just 3M tape use fishing line and an eraser wheel, or a heat gun and goof off. I prefer the fishing line and eraser wheel its much quicker and does a nice job
