Im wondering if anyone has encountered their front door speakers suddenly stop working and were able to fix it.

I started to notice my sound in the truck sounded terrible and after playing with balance and fade I notice my front door speakers are not working or extremely muffled. Speakers in the dash are working along with rear.

I tried turning on and off the surround sound. While turning on the surround sound it created an extremely loud popping sound and static throughout all the speakers.

My guess is a dealer visit is required to take a look at the AMP.

2021 3500 with Alpine speakers and 12" I connect.

You could try a reset of the radio. This is supposed to be the instructions...

To perform a soft reset of your Uconnect system-

1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN)
For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal

2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons (or tuner and volume knob), at the same time, for thirty seconds.

3) Let go of the buttons

4) Turn the vehicle off

5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)

6) Close door

7) Restart vehicle

8) Let the media center load up and see if the concern is still present

Thank you for the info, I've tried this a few times with VR/Phone and the knobs with no success. Still no audio.

I plan on taking the truck to the djealer in few weeks for the heater relay recall so I'll add this the list.
