So I Decided to install some of these last week. The one thing I wasn't too crazy about from pics and reading other forums was the LED lights that come with the kit. For one I didn't want to drill through my Pinch Weld, and I also wasnt crazy about the purple / blueish color when I spent a lot of time and $$$ changing all my other bulbs out to a bright white. Scoured Amazon and found these:
They seem kinda cheap but will be fine until I find something better.
What I wanted to share is that I installed these without any drilling by pulling out the rubber plug on the outer rocker panel and fishing the wires back through to the inside of the rocker. I had to add some wire as the ones attached to the lights were to short to reach the amp harness. There are some sharp edges so once i ran the wires I pushed some wire loom back over the wires to prevent any future issues. Added some 3m tape to the back of the lights and mounted them over the hole that was plugged. Really pleased with the outcome!
