Quick question, will a 3500 MC/CC short bed fit in a typical 8x8 garage?

I have a 2019 RAM Rebel and the Reb is to Wide and won't fit.

8 ft? That's only 96". 2 door Jeep Wrangler wheelbase is about that and they're a hell of a lot shorter than any crew cab truck

He is not saying 8' deep by 8' wide floor, he is asking about a garage door opening. We have 2 garages with standard 8' wide by 7' tall residential garage doors and 5 more with 10' wide by 9' tall garage doors. My Superduty/Ram HD fit in the bigger, not in the smaller. Not sure about 8' x 8', but I think your going to be tighter than a prom date trying to fit into an 8' wide?

Yea, I meant the opening.

Ok, didn't think so, thanks!

Yes you can i use an 8 ft tall door with a ford back rack (2”taller than the ram one) and the truck is not 8 ft with the mirrors flipped in

RAM website shows the width of the 3500 is 79.4 inches. The Rebel is 82.1 inches wide. That's only 2.7 inches difference.

and when my mirrors are folded in they only add at most 3-4" per side on the widest part of the truck so should have 4" of clearance per side. I suppose that would make some nervous and others would not bat an eye :)

I found it is kind of like walking with a full glass of beer. If you don't think about it and just walk you won't spill a drop, if you think about it and try not to spill you will end up with about 1/2 glass of beer by the time you get to the table. pulling in and backing up from a narrow garage is the same thing.
