Okay so I’ve owned hemis for awhile now and currently just purchased my 2024 2500 6.4 and I’m going down the good ol rabbit hole of the MDS system. My question is does it cause its own issues bypassing it with the +/- buttons. I know this is a big old debate but I’ve heard and read people saying that when you do this you cause less oil to go to those lifters, I’m just looking for some solid evidence on if that statement is true or also if it’s better to let mds do its thing or not

I've seen on other sites, people permanently disabling the MDS systems, because of the long term problems it causes. From what I can remember, depending on what manufacturer, parts will be needing to be replaced. Me, I'm from the school of keeping things simple, if it helps with reliability and the longevity of your engine.
