Does not save Phone Favorites

Is anyone else having this issue with the Uconnect 12" not saving the Phone Contacts as Favorites? My truck is a 2021 3500 HO Limited and it is annoying to each day have to save my Bluetooth contacts again. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? My dealer is worthless as they just say its my Brand New Samsung phone that is one of the most popular Android devices on the market.... certainly its not the fault of the Uconnect system!!

I have the same issue with a Samsung Note 20 ultra in a 2020 2500.. I was told by Uconnect support the phone was not supported and no update is planned as far as they knew. This was about 8 months ago when I was investigating the issue.

Looks like we are Screwed again!! My Galaxy 21 Plus whatever it is just connects when it wants and the USB plug does not seat well... so I have had to just use bluetooth or nothing at all.

This may not be your issue but make sure you enable contact access under the Bluetooth/Uconnect settings on your Android phone. If not enabled your contacts will not download/update every time your phone connects.
