The vehicle has better than the Australian Design Rule braking stopping power . However I find the vehicle requires a very hard foot pressure on the pedal to achieve good braking and I am not very big so it is a big effort to bring this vehicle to a quick stop. Is there any after market Brake boosters that are available to increase brake pedal pressure on this Vehicle. It would need to be shipped to Australia

Thats pretty standard on HD trucks, you could always look in to better pads and rotors as far as a booster they are already a Hydro boost setup (assuming) which there is not much better out there
 
Not sure that you would want to do this on a newer truck but when I do power to manual brake conversion on race & street cars that I build we can usually adjust the pedal ratio by moving the pivot point on the arm up or down. If you move the pin (where the master cylinder rod attaches to) further up it increases the pedal ratio, making it a bit easier to stop.
 
I don't know what it is about these trucks, but the brakes are radically different than every Ford Superduty I've ever driven. Those things have a firm pedal and the brakes grab. I'm curious if it's a pressure or flow issue, or something else. A pulley swap or some power steering pump mods might improve things if it's either pressure or flow related, but if not, then you're looking at caliper/pad/rotor mods.

Still waiting for my truck so I'm not even sure how I would rate the pedal feel until then. But with that being said, my '04 1500 Ram has a reasonably firm pedal
