Do surround view side cameras operate with side mirrors folded?

Hi All,
I have a 2021 2500 CC CTD on order and I have not been able to answer this question looking through the owners manual PDF or by searching (though maybe I've missed something). Can anyone tell me if the side mounted surround view cameras operate with the power mirrors folded against the truck? It looks like the cameras are mounted on the part of the mirror stalk that doesn't fold, so I'm hoping they'll still operate for that view that looks down the side of the truck while the mirrors are folded. I have a pretty tight parking space at home and would like to be able to fold the mirrors but still see down the side while backing.

Great forum- learned a ton here before placing my order, and now I'm impatiently waiting for delivery around the end of the year (order date 9/24, and still in D1 status as of last week). Thanks for any info on that!

Yes they do still work with the mirrors folded as the cameras are mounted at the base of the mirror. I personally think its a huge upgrade from the surround camera on the 2020 1500 I traded in as the cameras were at the bottom of the foldable part of the mirror making them useless when folded.
