Disable dash displays like Commercial Settings, Speed and Offroad in Analog/Digital Dash

I have searched the forum and with Google and not finding the topic.

I would like to hide or disable some screens in the cluster (Analog Digital) in 2024 since I only use Trailer Brake, Information, Fuel Economy and Trip.

Is it possible?

I have Alfa and Jscan
