If it is 19-20, you need a 2021 or newer bcm, a harness that Jimmy makes here in the forum and also the thrid brake light for the digital mirror and a cable to connect the mirror and the camera

Do you need to have the dealership flash anything or enable anything for this to work in a 23?

For this mirror you need a new module and harness and you can do the BCM yourself with AlfaOBD and it will work without the help of the dealer.
