I have a 2024 3500 RAM Limited Longhorn. My rearview screen in the mirror will randomly start glitching and flickering. I have linked in a YT video showing the issue.

I am looking for input. Are others seeing the same thing? Has anyone found a solution? My dealer has been unable to isolate the problem. The dealership keeps saying it is with the cameras and has replaced the cab mount unit with no results. This makes no sense since it occurs in all 3 modes: rearview cab camera, rearview trailer camera, and side view mirror cameras left and right.

Any input is appreciated.

Just curious if your issue was fixed. I have a 2025 Ram 3500 and mine is doing the same thing. It has been in to the service department countless times and they can't seem to figure it out. Any input would be appreciated.

There is another truck in my area with the same issue. He has had just about every component changed out with no results. I have been waiting until he has success, but it has not happened yet. I will keep hitting this post as I know more.

I have the same problem with my 2023 Ram 3500 limited. Like you I have had it at the Ram dealer three times and they are clueless. Mine typically works after start up for 5-10 minutes and then start to flicker more and more. After about 2-3 minutes of flickering it reboots and works fine again for another 5-10 minutes.
I exposed the connection to the camera at the back of the cab and made sure it was connected properly and also did the same at the mirror connection in the cab, it made no difference.
My warranty is going to be expiring in about 6 months, and I would like to have it fixed before then.
Let me know if you have had any luck getting it fixed.

BigRamfan, I experience the same series of events. It will eventually reboot and start the process over. I find it interesting that more and more customers have this issue and RAM has not identified it yet. I believe once you have an issue or problem recorded within warranty, it does not expire or lapse at the end of the warranty.

I know the "RAM Cares" bot monitors these forums. As more owners respond to this thread, it may garner their attention again. It's last advice to me was to find another dealer to take a look at it. We know now, that is not the solution based upon the multiple replies here. RAM, what say you?
