I have a new 2024 3500 Ltd HO. My Digital gauge cluster and the u connect system lights turn on and off every 10 seconds when the truck is off, locked and the keys are 50 feet away. My battery is dead every day. The gauge cluster says push button to start almost as if it thinks you are sitting in the seat about to start it. Has anyone come across this issue? I'm away on vacation and miles from home and from the dealership. Any help would be much appreciated!

Vehicle concerns are the last thing we want our customers to face, Andrew. Our team would like to take the opportunity to look into this further for you alongside your dealer. Please send us a private message with your VIN, mileage, and the dealership you're currently working with for us to review, thank you.

Chris,

I’ve had that same issue for nearly 42,000 miles now. Just under two years of ownership and I had to replace my battery this morning. I will say, though the factory battery was usually at 14.4 v. The new O’Reillys auto parts Super Start Platinum AGM A1 Battery Group Size 94R H7 | SSB 94RPLTJ

seems to be constantly at about 13.5 - 13.7.

Did you find out what's causing it?

No, it’s averaging about 13.8-14 after a trip from phx to Sedona and some off roading

My 24 did that when I brought it home. It's because the dealer installed the Mopar GPS tacking system crap was that plugged into the OBDII port. Took it out and problem solved.

I accidently brought the issue back with the banks pedal monster. It kept waking the truck up for some reason. In this case I was able to change the wake up sensitivity and that fixed my issue. No more weird battery draining issues.

Hi, no the dealer couldn't find any codes and couldn't confirm why it was happening. Right now it's not happening l, it appears to have went away for now. Let me know what you find out, maybe try the dealership.

That’s Realy strange but I’m glad to hear it fixed itself for you .. I wonder if something maybe had gotten wet or something - myne seems like it started doing it after some heavy rains we had here in Florida … I’ll let you know if I find something out over here on my end sir

Try checking your battery terminals on both batteries just to make sure they are seated properly.

What I did today was I disconnected the neg on both of my batteries and left disconnected for a few hours and then after I reconnected them it seems to be not doing it so I’ll have to keep an eye on it … I’m hoping maybe I was able to reboot the system - as far as like you said .. I did check all the battery connections and they all seemed to be tight and all the way down on the post
Thanks for the idea bud .. keep u posted
