Hello all, I have a 21 2500 6.4, I'm going to upgrade to one with a 6.7, may even go with a 3500, I've tried doing some research and thought I would ask on here, are there difference's in suspension and rear ends from the Hemi 2500, and the Cummins 2500? I thought maybe it might have a heavier rear end since there is more pulling power with the Cummins, and maybe some difference's in suspension.

The front coils are heavier duty to support the weight of the Cummins. Rear coils are the same for the 2500.

On our 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 6.7L Cummins the upper control arms are much beefier up in the front than on our 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 6.4L PW. On our Ram 2024 Ram 3500 4x4 Cummins they are even more beefier with air holes.

14 and 16 should use the same radius arms.
It is definitely different on our 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 Power Wagon due to the off-road suspension package. I'm curious if that trend continued into OP's 2021.

Our 2014 Cummins and 2016 PW's lower arms.

Here’s a picture of my 2020 Ram 2500 HD HEMI’s left front control arm.

I think the Powerwagons always have a different front control arm for additional flexibility.

PW’s use articulink control arms, which is still offered and not the same as non-PW control arms. PW aside the arms are the same 13/14-18 and 19+.
