Just bought a 21 Ram Diesel and the fuel filler seems to small to accomadate the fuel fill at the truck stop. I haven't tried it yet however, eyeballing, it looks to small.
Is there a fuel adapter?
Thx

No its the right size of any standard diesel spout….

Can confirm. Just fueled my 2021 3500 using the high flow pumps at a truck stop yesterday.

The only trouble I’ve experienced with the high flow nozzles is that they often times will click off when the handle of squeezed all the way. I think the filler tube on the truck that goes from the neck to the tank may be a bit too small and therefore fills up and click off. I just set the nozzle at one click down from full tilt and it works fine.

Don't use the pumps designed for the big rigs, though. Made that mistake once filling up my 19 cummins. Filled up super fast, but I liked to never got it out!

I fill at truck pumps all the time when towing and never had an issue. Don't jam the nozzle in there so hard. Be gentle. LOL

Apparently I'm the only one that has ever had an issue. OP, go ahead and fill your pickup at the big rig diesel pumps, I am apparently making it up.

No one said you are making it up… all we are saying is you dont need to try and jam the thing down her wind pipe so it does get stuck

My 20 and the 14 I had there was / is no problem . Just be careful and use either the the lowest pump setting or just do it manually . Try not to let the weight of the handle be supported by the plastic filler. Mush heavier than the Gas station diesel pump handle and hoses .

On my old truck, I occasionally had problems removing the nozzle from the filler neck at the truck islands. A couple of shakes and a wiggle or two and it would come out. My new truck is still a truck island virgin so I haven't had that problem yet. If you didn't have to insert the nozzle so far to open that second flap, there wouldn't be such a problem.

thanks to ALL for your replies. I never had issue with my 07 as long as I eased it in. Still haven't made it to the truck stop yet.
