Did the cab change between 4th and 4.5 Gen tucks?

I'm trying to figure out what roof racks might work with my 2022 Power Wagon and I've seen some threads that say there were no changes between the 4th gen and 4.5 gen cabs. Does this apply to both the interior and exterior? What about the 4th gen 1500 cabs, are they the same as our 2500/3500 cabs of the same style?

4th gen and 4.5 gen HDs are the same cab.
The 1500s went to the 5th gen cab about 2020 or 21. The HD's should be getting the larger 5th gen cab soon.

Thanks again for the info. On the 1500s, how can you tell the difference between a 4th or 5th gen cab, the flat floor?
