Just traded my '21 3500 CC Standard Box with Rear Air for a '24 Mega Dually with Rear Air, and the two systems seem different. I've only had the '24 for a couple days, and have been towing our 5th wheel during that time, but the new system sounds different, and goes seems to go in and out of alt height even with no load applied. When dropping the 5th wheel on my '21 I could hear the system airing up to level, and then dropping when I went to alt height. The new system is very quiet and seems to adjust quicker. Looking through some other forums, some guys mentioned that RAM had updated the air suspension for 2024. Is this true?

I believe the ability to select Alternate Ride Height on the fly was a MY23 change.

Aside from an added axle wrap leaf the auto-level trucks remain unchanged AFAIK for 2024.

I was at the Ram dealership today and hoped to see a 2025 with auto-level, but they were all standard spring suspensions.

Thanks....just what I was hoping to see. Thought I was losing it when Alternate Ride Height was operating differently than my previous truck.
