I just took delivery and unfortunately there were paint overrun in the wheel flares and a small scratch on the instrument cluster. I’m going to submit a warranty claim to FCA to to cover this my question is should I ignore the small scratch on the instrument cluster (on the clear plastic screen) or should I include it? It’s not a huge issue but more annoying than anything as I can see it when I look down at my gauges but I have to really look to see it.

Also I worry that if I do replace it there could cause additional problems with future fit and finish or may be it’s pretty straight forward to install a new one.

Man that does suck!!! On my 2500 that I just got 6 weeks ago I saw an area where paint was coming off already right above Fender cover on drivers side. Too small to worry about yet.
 
Can you post a pic of the scratch?

Definitely submit a claim through your dealer if it's going to be an eye sore every time you get into the truck..... Also depends on how much your time is worth as they'll keep that truck for a day or two to replace..... I have a scratch on the passenger door interior (on the leather) that I am just ignoring.....plus a pop up plastic liner on the ram box......
Ignoring as it’s not worth my time to schedule appt, take it in, mess around for a day or two without the truck......While driving rental.......
 
I will try get a picture, but the glare makes it hard to see. More than likely I will probably just deal with it....I worry that by taking the dash apart it will cause more problems.
