Low coolant and my temp gauge says -40 outside when it’s in the 90’s. The coolant is fine but the light for coolant is on.

Probably don’t have much to do with the delete tune itself. Those typically program the ecm not exactly what controls the outdoor air temp. Coolant tank sensors have been known to go bad. Wrong coolant mixed in the tank can sludge up and cause funky reactions with the level sensor. And as far as a the outdoor temp sensor I’d locate it and start checking wiring, etc.

First we need some background did you just tune your truck or was it a while ago and the issues just started?

Did both issues happen at the same time?

When you tuned the truck did you have a battery charger on it?

If the voltage drops below 13.1V the ECM does not always take the tune properly so you need a charger on it without a charger your batteries sit at 12.6V (if the batteries are fully charged) and while tuning it can drop pretty low which is not good.

Now that we are under the watch of the EPA reputable tuners are not easy to find so depending on who you used that may be the issue too.
