Have 2020 3500. Has 12000km and been at dealership 3 times in the last week with DEF codes and de-rating. Seems to be software issue as per dealer. Anyone else having issues

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Just like anything else, I've seen a few reports pop up but nothing widespread.

Turns out it is all software related, dealership along with Ram engineering were able to re-program the truck and all is well so far.
My 2020 Ram limited has been at the dealership for over 5 weeks. around 15000 miles a message pops up to service DEF system see dealer. I call every week only to hear we are still digging into it and are communicating with FCA to try and get this figured out. you would think with the technology we have today and the certified mechanics that this would be a one day fix.
