Dealership Charging for Labor on Warranty Work

I've had issues with my Uconnect 12.1" screen flickering when using the reverse/forward/side cameras (especially during cold weather). Well in order to calibrate they cameras they have to remove my newly installed Ranch Hand bumper because the cut-out for the camera is interfering. They are wanting to charge $130 for the removal and reinstallation of the bumper.
Thoughts on that??

It's not stock and interfering, so yes, it makes sense. It's not part of the normal job and the warranty is not going to pay them to do the job.

It's pretty standard to charge extra labor for working with/around aftermarket stuff. $130 seems on par too.

Sounds more than fair to me. You have added something and you can't expect the factory to pay for it.
