Dealer won't reflash BCM on a 2500

I have a 2021 Power Wagon and recently installed 37's on it. I took it to the dealer yesterday to have them rebuild the BCM to adjust the speedo and TPMS and they were happy to do it. They said when they connected the vehicle's computer to Chrysler though, the system informed them that for DOT reasons they are not allowed to recalibrate the HD trucks; only the 1500's. Is this a new thing? I've read of lots of people doing this before on 2500's. And it wasn't a dealer refusal. They said Chrysler would not issue them a code.

Get a alfaobd and do it yourself. Simple and easy and a lot more thing you can do with it.
Check out the alfaobd thread for more info.
I was going to do that or a Tazer, but read if you go larger than 35" on the 2020 or newer trucks, it breaks the parking sensors. I have 37's on my 2021. I'm trying to determine if this is an issue with the AEV Procal Snap, but those are on long-term backorder. Hypertech also has a calibration tool, but from what I can tell, it works like the Tazer and alphaobd.

I'm not sure where you read that, but I can confirm I had zero issues with the parking sensors on my 2016, nor have I had any on my 2020. 37s on both and both adjusted using AlfaOBD.

Do you have the big 12" nav screen on your 2020? The nav system seems to have something to do with it.

Sure do. And while I rarely use the factory nav for anything other than viewing upcoming street names (usually prefer Waze when needing nav), it works as expected.
Cool. Maybe I'll give that a try.

Not true....they either didn't want to buy the license to do it or are too stupid to realize they need to....had my 3500 speedo calibrated at the dealer....

I've read that on facebook but never seen any threads on here about it.

Well, I flashed it with a Hypertech and it worked to recalibrate the speedometer. I also have access through a friend who has AlphaOBD to correct the TPMS. In the meantime, somebody from Tazer responded to an email I sent and clarified that the information on their website about only working on 35" tires only pertains to Ram DT's and TRX's. He said they haven't really seen any issues with other trucks, so it sounds like that should work as well. It's unfortunate Chrysler won't allow the dealerships to do this the correct way, but it seems any of the aftermarket options will work.

What are the best and easiest to use aftermarket recalibration tools, that can Recalibrate speedometer, TPMS and wheel speed sensors? And is there anything else they can do?
Such as change shift points on 8th speed?
My new 2022 power wagon only has 5000 km And 2000 of those kilometers were light towing 3000 pound off road trailer.
I have the 37 inch bfg km3 on stock wheels and now am getting a clunking sound and delayed light jerk, shifting between 2nd and 4th, while hitting the skinny pedal hard to pass. This just started.
Looking for any solution.
