For price comparison. I wouldn't get anything that's some dealer only or 3rd party warranty. Mopar maxcare only.
FWIW, Zeigler 2500 diesel 4x4 7/100K is $2365 using "payinfull" discount code.
Granger can probably do better.
Don't the 25+ already have a 10/100K warranty now?
P.S. NONE of the warranties except OE 3/36 bumper-bumper and federal emissions warranties cover any Cats - DOC/SCR/DPF, etc. filters on the diesel trucks.

Which engine are you looking to buy? My 2026 Hemi has the latest 10yr/100k mileage warranty. Maybe hold off for a 2026 for the best one you can get. However, if you're going to put 100k miles on it within the first 7 years I guess it wouldn't really matter. For the record I've never purchased an extended warranty... I ususally void the warranty with mods anyway lol

My 2022 with Maxcare received a new DEF tank at around 55-60K. I paid $200 deductible. Not sure if anything in the actual exhaust stream would have been covered though. Still saved me a lot of money nonetheless.
DEF system is covered. The other exhaust components are not.
Price is full boat retail and out of line (unless in a state that doesn't allow discounts which I think is FL, TX, CA.)
Get a quote from Granger. Take both to the dealer and have them match or beat it if they want to play. I got my local dealer to beat Zeigler by $100. They have quotas on warranties just like cars/trucks and get spiffed if they sell them even at cost or below.
I was afraid of that. So at 86K nothing in the exhaust emissions stream is covered I guess.
Turbo if you have extended warranty, but yea, no exhaust components are covered. Filters, including DOC/SCR/DPF, are considered maintenance or "wear" items just like brake rotors/pads.

Prices will increase over the next 36 months, otherwise you don’t gain anything buying early.
If you wanted to roll it into the vehicle financing. Not generally gonna happen now, but when rates were ultra low, or working a short term 0% deal, it might have made sense if the dealer was willing to give up margin on the warranty for bank rate kickback. When I did mine, it was a wash paying the interest vs the price increase. I think I came out ahead since the interest cost was only like $140.

IIRC after the first 12 months or 12K the price you pay increases around don't recall if it was $100 or $150, that is how it was when i bought mine from them back in 2022, saw the same price increase from other dealers...

Go to Ziegler. Why buy now? It will cost more in 3 years and the warranty starts at the day you drive it off the lot and not 3 years from now. If you can afford it now...get it now!

Granger beat Ziegler price by $360 when I bought mine and I did not have to input some stupid code words to get the lower price...
