Ran down to get it at lunch.. Bag said AB, filter said AA, had glue stripes and the whole bit. Can you not get them through the dealer either?

I'm assuming you're referring to the air filter causing CEL?

FWIW I was getting the code and went to a "Doc's Diesel" air filter and have not had the code return.

I have a 2022 SO.

I can't comment on why, I had read on another forum that it alleviated their codes so I tried it as well and had success.

I am not having any CEL issues. I currently have the correct filter (AB) in my truck but it is super dirty. Had some ordered from Geno's that have since shipped but thought I would try the dealer. Needless to say, they know nothing of this issue and say that the AA filter with glue strips and black rubber edge is the correct one, even though the bag says AB. Mine is a 22 SO as well. Never have regens driving on the HWY, every week to week .5 when driving in town.

Managed to find a real AB at my local dealer in AZ. Parts guy said its super sporadic when they actually get them, but that they had quite a few on hand. Thinking maybe I should pick up a couple more to have on hand.

I did and got a back order notice that they were out until 6/15, then they shipped today. Still not going to be here until next week but I can make that work. Ordered 2 in fact!
