2022 RAM 3500 HO. Champion in Athens AL had the truck since 3/4/24 for constant Regen. We're talking 20 miles between regens at most and increasing oil levels. I've picked it up 3 times and taken it right back because it wasn't fixed. Picked it up for the fourth time today and it's still not fixed. The only thing they did was replace the MAF, inspect things, and reset sensors in all that time. I need a recommendation for another dealer with a good diesel tech somewhere around North Alabama because I'm not going back there.

Also what's the best way to contact corporate to open a case with them? I know it probably won't help but I have to try. This truck is owned by a non profit all volunteer disaster relief group and we need a reliable truck. This has been a busy year and we can't use all of our equipment to help people without this truck. I honestly wish they'd buy this truck back or that I could lemon law it but Alabama law requires the problem to be in the first year after purchase.

Have you got a case started with @RamCares?
If you haven’t, I’d start there and let them help you find another dealer.

Many other people with the same issues. Try another dealer but I will bet they won’t be able to fix it. Get oil tested, make sure you don’t have any major damage from the oil dilution. If not, You’re in Alabama with no emissions testing- I’d likely delete the truck

Maybe try Carlock Ram in Tupelo, MS. Maybe they can help?
