Dead Pedal/Footrest?

Does anyone make a dead pedal/footrest for these trucks?
Maybe need to make custom bracket to get one like this to fit

What is it about CDJR? Same for Jeeps, they can't quite get it right on this issue.

My father in law had a early eighties Toyota Cressida and him and his wife use to travel a lot. He complained about the lack of a dead pedal and made a canvas sack stuffed with pigeon peas or sand, I'm not quite sure. It was stitched up with some kind of thick thread...crude but from what he said effective. It seemed to conform to his foot and was the size of small melon. Not cool but kinda.
