Just bought a 2024 Tradesman with the Power Wagon package, and Level 2 Tradesman package (8.4 inch screen, blind spot monitoring, LED tail lights). Its got the manual lever for the transfer case.

This might be a little crazy, but I want to swap the steering wheel and the dashboard for what you get in a 2022 Power Wagon (Level 1 package), and maybe the two front seats as well. If successful, this would give me a heated steering wheel, OEM heated seats, and the OEM controls for these on the dashboard. Here is a photo of a 2022 dashboard:

I know this will be a lot of work, and its gonna get a little expensive, but I'm wondering if anyone has done it (or done something similar). Yeah, I should have bought a 2022 Power Wagon a couple of years ago, but that didn't happen. I'm willing to put in the time and money for this swap if its viable. Thanks in advance for any advice / suggestions.

I've watched a couple of videos produced by Greg Alberalla (below) - and he has done some similar work - so I think its possible.
