Dashboard quirk

So i've noticed this on my 23 Rebel HD, once in a great while, there's two archs on the side of the dash that light up as almost like an accent. But for some reason, this morning, I noticed that only the left side was lit up. Anyone else notice this?

Mine are both lit…

Oil temp gauge is only issue for me - just shows digits, not blue ring. Is a programming issue I’m guessing….
