Coolant Bleed Plug

I have a 2016 Ram 2500 w/ 6.4 Hemi. I just recently had my 66RFE Transmission Rebuilt with that a bypass block was installed on the Transmission coolant lines.
A couple weeks has passed & I noticed some coolant dripping from bottom of water pump, I believe it's coming from the water pump weep hole. I have two questions
1.) would the tranny being removed & re-installed be a situation were the plug would need to be removed to service & fill engine.
2.) where is that plug? I've looked where the temp sensor switch is at. I cannot find a quarter inch or 5/16 Allen plug. There is a plug on the wall side of the water pump near the connection for bottom radiator hose. That plug seems to be too low especially if you're trying to get air out of the engine I have watched every YouTube and there's really only a couple videos about it. If someone could help me I would appreciate it I'm a 30 year aircraft mechanic I worked on a lot of airplanes, but when it comes to automobiles, they drive me nuts
Let me add one thing my temperature stays @ 210. I can smell, of course coolant when I raise the hood the fan is not loose you cannot hear bearings or squealing like a water pump would do and it seems like my thermostat is not opening or at least I didn't hear it nor did I see fluid go down in resevoir.
Need someone with experience

I’m not fluent with the 6.4 but it does not seem to make sense to have a bleed plug on the water pump as it’s not the highest point in the cooling system. If your weep hole on the water pump is leaking you more than likely need to replace the water pump.

Sounds like you need the water pump replaced - unrelated to the transmission work.

The 6.4 in the trucks is a self bleeding system - coolant tank is the highest point in the system. If you're concerned about air trapped in the system get an air compressor and an airlift.
