Is it still a grain mill, or is it now trendy gastro pubs and a Starbucks?

of course the only truck that was actually running was a FordTempe Historical Museum in Arizona just posted this picture on Facebook. This is right on Mill Ave. near Arizona State University. Still standing today. Built in 1874! But look at the trucks!

I used to cruise by this location every weekend! For many many years. I haven't been in that area in a while, but I should go down and check it out.
Wonder how that guy felt going back and giving a tour of the place he used to work. Would have been really fun to go back in time and reminisce!
