Compression brake patent for our B6.7?

Just found this. Looks like it's intended for the B6.7 based on the lash adjuster on the pushrod. Thoughts?

No attachment there, but PacBrake has been selling the Load Leash for a while. They call it a "weeper" setup.
 
Fun fact: The Jacobs (compression release) brake was designed and patented by Clessie Cummins, the founder of Cummins.

Yes, and Cummins Engine Company told him they were not interested in his design, as they thought they could do better. That's when he sold the rights to Jacobs Manufacturing, and it became the Jake Brake. Cummins in-house idea was a bust. Clessie made more money from the Jake than he made from the company that bore his name.
