Cigarette lighter adapter

So was at the river today trying to pump up the paddle boards, had to use a friend's truck because I couldn't find an adapter on my '21 3500 SO SRW. Gd thing was up in the top of the console where you keep glasses. Not a single one in back. Inconvenient if you ask me

12V Outlet In Bed

All, I would like to install a 12V "cigarette lighter" outlet in the bed of my 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie. Where would I be able to tap into a good 12V source. I prefer "always on." Thanks.
