I have a 23 2500 6.4 night edition, just got its first alignment and tire rotation at 6 k, upon picking it up it looks and feels like the front end is much lower. Is this normal? First time ever buying a new truck not 100% sure of things to expect

I'd measure it on both sides in the front, it's possible they 'cross-cambered' it, pulling one side down and raising the other side... FWIW, you can't really cross-camber these axles, they are solid and don't twist, so your camber will be the same on both sides, assuming your axle is built right and not damaged. However, if your adjustments aren't the same side to side, you will raise one side and pull one side down. Which will wreak havoc with the front flex when off-roading.
