The 12V outlet on the top of the dash....I found out today via the owners manual that it stays hot 100% of the time. Is it possible to switch this to only being hot with ignition on?
I had a truck several years ago where you could swap a relay or fuse to a different position and change the outlet from always on to ignition on, but I can't recall if that was a Ram or not. My memory sucks.
Anyhow, I'm using mine in this truck to run my radar detector and I'd prefer for that outlet to only be hot with ignition on.
