Can’t remove steering wheel on 2022 3500

I ordered a leather steering wheel for my 2022 3500 tradesman. I wanted to have the stereo controls . I was able to remove the air bag and bolt but can’t seem to get the wheel off. The instructions I got from infotainment shows pulling on it and it comes off. I tried that and nothing, I have bought several steering wheel puller’s but they seem too small to hook it in the holes. I noticed there were some hooks on the wheel and tried pulling from there and broke it off. Does anyone know if there is a special puller for this truck? I need help truck is all apart and don’t know if that hook that broke is for the airbag

I got a puller set from harbor freight, and I was able to make that work. Once it you get it off first time it slide on and off pretty easy. Just make sure when you put it back on you're careful to align it properly, it is sorta keyed, so it slides on pretty easy. If you're off by a spline it'll be very hard to put back on .

i know it sounds silly, but just grab the top of the wheel and wiggle for a few minutes. then swap to the bottom and wiggle. mine came off in about 3 minutes

Yeah I tried that , didn’t work. Broke the steering wheel puller. Finally got it off with a gear puller, had a hard time with that also but got it off. Love the new leather wheel and the radio controls on the back.
