Instruction say to pull two wires off the back of the OBD and replace with the two on bypass cable…I’m wondering what the two I pull off the OBD control?
I've seen that style. I didn't like the idea of messing with the OBDII plug. Instead I went with a Kaodtech bypass cable. You plug it into the security module (2 plugs instead of 1), and then plug into the OBDII like you're connecting a scanner/programmer. Plug in your tool to the other end of the OBDII and you're good to go.
Will Ship 3-5 Business Days after OrderIf you have a 2018 - 2024 RAM and would like to perform diagnostics or make changes to the modules of your truck using tools like AlfaOBD or AutoEngenuity, this bypass is for you.Does this allow access to all modules? It has been tested connecting to the BCM...

Granted, this way was $50 instead of $25, but I can only imagine the cost of replacing the OBDII plug if I screwed it up. Worth the extra $25 to me, but if you're comfortable with such things the other style should work well enough.
