Yes, I found it at the dealer. They sell the complete kit. Thanks.

How did that happen? That the dealer sells this as a kit makes me think this is a fairly common problem.

Well I don't know if it's common but I bought the two button kit for 55 dollars at the dealer.

Yeah, I was asking how it got broken so I can try to avoid the situation altogether.
I generally use the touch screen or steering wheel controls though. I don't think I've ever actually touched that button/knob...

It didn't break on me. I bought it used to update my 8" radio. I have a 2500 Limited and, oddly enough, it didn't come with the 12" radio.
