Have come across this twice now. 2024 RAM 2500 Rebel's that have had a [sub-par] stitch weld between the bumper brackets and the frame. They're at the top inside of the bolt on bumper bracket. Definitely an afterthought.
Thoughts on what it could be? Didn't pass a safety test and had to be stitched on? Odd...
Can remove with a cold chisel through the front once the bumper is removed from its other mounts
Have a peek under your 2024. Curious if any other trims or engine options are effected.
