Brand new 3500 delivered and leaking...

We just received a new 3500 diesel truck and it is leaking... Thoughts on the cause of this?

Looking at the color even though its new I would say its possible its some sort of assembly lube possibly,

Looks to me like brake fluid. Check your reservoir, possibly overfilled/leaking.

Clean up all residue anywhere you can find it and check it again after a week or so.

It’s supposedly a coating they put on the flywheel if my vehicle sits for a couple weeks it doesn’t appear if I drive it around for an hour or so come home next day. There’s a little bit accumulating. Just wipe it off. It’ll go away after a while.

I've never seen this before on our others. It was wiped clean and making a trip so we will see what it looks like after the drive.
