So.... my dumb ass backed into a tree.... welp going flatbed now and the above is what I'm looking at getting.

2019 ram 3500 tradesman crewcab SRW 8' bed

Some questions I have had:
1 is my truck 56 or 58 inches cab to axle keep getting both for answers....

EDIT: this link has every possible bit of information one could want for dimensions and a lot more to nerd out on.... and it's NOT 56 or 58 so thanks bed builders for all the miss information it's bloody 56.8"

2 if you have one how many inches is it to the first metal on the first 2x holder from the plate near the cab (looking at getting a custom transfer tank at the same time as the bed currently running a 111gal L tank in factory bed....)

3 Are you happy with it?

4 got pics? lol

I'm shure ill come up with a few more

Do you not have a measuring tape? One thing to look in to is your local laws sometimes if you go with anything but an oem style bed you need to switch to commercial licensing even if the truck is used for personal use…

Yes I have a tape... the back of the cab is curved and there is so much **** under the bed its impossible to get an accurate measurement. I think it's 58. Trying to confirm that is not as easy as it should be. Even the flatbed manufacturers don't seem to know as I'm getting both answers

As to the other.... that is disturbing... thankfully not in Oregon.
