Blower motor shuts off randomly

Something I’ve never noticed or just started happening recently is the blower motor turning off shortly after starting the truck (2-3 minutes after start up) or whenever I use the talk button on the radio or when gps is talking. I’m not sure if it’s always been like that. I know in my previous truck it didn’t do that (2017 1500 express) now I’m in a 2022 2500 tradesman. Am I crazy or just not very observant? Have had the truck 6 months.

Yes, blower motor will always scale back when using the talk buttons

Hopefully these trucks start telling your passengers to be quiet and crank it when a good tune comes on the radio.

Yes - our blower always shuts off when GPS is talking to us. Drives me nuts!
