Any body with a 25 ram Cummins have a block heater not working I plugged mine in for the 1st time last night it didn't work at all

It wasn't plugged in to the block took me 20 minutes tight spot for big hands and forearm but I got it done thanks for your reply
I don't know what the dealer does when predelivering a truck but it can't be much. I received mine with low diff fluid and the tires were no where near the proper pressure. Having said that, that is pretty sloppy on the part of the factory for not connecting the block heater cord. Yup, just throw the dealer under the bus. And the dealer wants it out the door as fast as possible so they can cash your 100,000 check. Pretty sad all around.

Yes I totally agree with you I haven't checked the rear end fluid I've only had one issue with the truck after changing fuel filters the check engine light came on took it to dealership said low fuel pressure after around 400 miles the light went out on its own besides the block heater not plugged up love the truck only have 11,000 miles on it so we will see in a few more years if any issues with it

I have heard of some dealers saying they dont get paid to do PDI work, so they just wash them an put them on the lot to sell :(

Add it to the laundry list of reasons that I just don’t buy vehicles from dealers.

I realize they are always gonna get their end, but I just can’t deal with them anymore. I don’t even like getting recalls done because of their ineptitude.

Speaking of delivery issues, I checked my fuse box, as I read we should, nearly half the fuses were not seated properly. Been having some intermittent electrical chimes and lights on the dash. I hope this fixes that.

That's the issue with most Stellantis vehicles. My Jeep had many fuses seated only partially. Some felt like they were just resting on top.
